Umang, in ignio we have two different sets of State IDs.
one is STATE and another one is USECASE STATE.
When the workitem is suppressed as duplicate, its STATE will be SUCCESS and USECASE STATE will be DUPLICATE
Jackson may have exhaustive list of USECASE STATE, since there were new states/usecase states introduced from SP6.
