      Hello All,

We have built lot of custom knowledge in Studio and several our usecase uses Thread.Sleep() to pause execution for some amount of time.

We are looking for the alternatives suggested in Ignio, but it will be great if anyone can advice on good practice for below scenario :

We are monitoring in a usecase for at max 60 mins with 10 min interval, after each 10 mins we look for some params and accordingly we proceed for closing of ITSM ticket or again wait for 10 min.

Also please confirm, the check applied is on Sleep keyword irrespective of language to build custom knowledge or only Groovy’s Thread.Sleep().

      Thanks,
      Rishabh
