Client has provided PEM chain files to integrate Active directory with Ignio Cheetah SP6. Have installed the PEM chain files on Cheetah App server and configure the Authentication provider in UI. After onboarding single user, we were unable to authenticate user with client enterprise/network ID.
Have connected with many Ignio teams but no success as they have configured non-SSL versions only. Could someone please help how to integrated Active directory with PEM files.
