How to Delete a User from Deactivated User List

      Hi

      We are having a deactivated user in ignio , and we would like to delete this user from the list

      we do not see an option to delete a deactivated user

      could you please tell us how to proceed

      This is Cheetha with Sp6 Version

      Hi Vibin,

      We do not support deletion of a user. We can only deactivate and purge after a while.
      If the user is purged we delete the basic information of the user but keep the userid only with us.
      Why do you want to delete ?
