Is API Health check available in ignio AIOPS Dragon OOB?

      I need to schedule API health check and show status & response time in a dashboard. Do we have OOB capability in ignio AIOPS (Dragon)? I am not planning to use Observe here and don’t want to write code to create this capability in studio.
