We are at Cheetah SP6 Patch 2, and we are seeing that since the past three days, we have been facing slowness in loading the UI and performing actions.
Also when we are trying to perform ebonding, we are facing an error in the parameter mapping:
– An error has occured. Unable to fetch the subject or the parameter mapping data.
We are not sure why this issue is occuring so we looked into App server CPU Utilization and we saw that ignio java process was taking up 96% percent of CPU.
Can you please let us know if there is any RCA for this issue and what could be a possible resolution.
This is not expected behaviour. usually, this is observed when there is something wrong in the model for the action which you are mapping. Please validate your model elements for the action which you are mapping.
