Yes that can be achieved by adding both Linux and Windows as a dependency in your project. When you try to write code in your current project, you will find functions of Windows and Linux that can be added. Use ctrl+space for autocomplete to view all of them.

Yes, while creating input/output parameter for a function, there is an option to select Domain Type. In the Domain Type, you need to select File. Please refer the below link for writing code:
