After the end of the contract, the entire customer instance is decommissioned. If the customer requests for data to be retained for a set period after the end of the contract, then this request can be enabled through a contractual clause.

From product perspective, the current shift is predominantly towards what we do for the end user device and also how do we connect to the service desks. Within the context of some of the examples that we created resonate along with the SBWS.
